Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place the order and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, e.g. Goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

• The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other objects according to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. Without actual receipt of the goods or proof of the return received, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Gifts:

If the merchandise was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once you have received the returned product, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
